Our mission is to prepare and deliver fresh, wholesome foods of consistently high quality that your customers will enjoy. Each and every day provide excellent service that surpasses our customers' expectations.

History

Daniel's Kitchen was founded in 1990 by award-winning French chef Daniel Martinez. With his international experience, Daniel is our key chef in recipe development. He is passionate about developing delicious products, using innovative ideas, high quality, locally grown, healthy fresh ingredients, less processed and reducing or avoiding any preservatives. The results are delicious, nutritious, ready-to-eat foods that customers enjoy to the last bite.

Awards

Daniel won 1st place in the annual Chocolate Extravaganza at Chocolympics presented by James Barber in Vancouver.

Food Safety and Quality Assurance

At Daniel's Kitchen each product is created to high quality standards and the highest level of food safety practices.

• Tracking system enabling us to track every ingredient used in our facility back to its source.
• Every staff member is certified in Food Safe Excellence.
• Daniel's Kitchen is HACCP certified, having an annual audit in place.

Sustainability Practices

We manufacture tasty and nutritious dishes made with locally grown and natural ingredients, produced in socially and environmentally responsible ways. We sell products mainly in bulk to reduce packaging and labeling and pass the savings on to our customers. We have a recycling program in place.
